I think this is a great shredder for the money - it is easy to use and made very light work of the branches and garden debris I had to get rid of - I had no trouble with setting it up or it jamming in use or anything like that which was good - and it was very satisfying to see the branches that were just taking up space waiting to go to the tip turned into mulch for the shrubs they came from. One thing I would say is that they provide safety goggles which is good - but I would also wear a mask - whilst this does make you look at bit odd for a short time - it does stop the fine dust you get from the shredding getting into your nose and throat. If I had a criticism it would be that the lugs on the sides that you are supposed to attach the collection bag on are in a bit of a strange place - but once you figure out where the bag has to go then there is no issue at all to using it.
